Founder and Senior Strategist
Joe is a marketing consultant of 15+ years and the founder of GembaWalk Creative. Before founding GembaWalk in 2023, he specialized in marketing communications and video production under the name Pedaling Pictures, which he started in 2014. At Pedaling Pictures, he worked with a host of small to mid-size manufacturers, as well as nonprofits, businesses and NGOs both across the U.S. and internationally. Joe has focused on small to mid-sized manufacturers since 2017, and he finds it rewarding to work with makers and innovators who have a passion for what they do. He launched GembaWalk Creative and built the business and existing client base from scratch, and hasn’t looked back.
At GembaWalk, Joe leads the development of digital marketing strategies for clients, and also oversees website development, design and content production.

Highly trained in business development and finance, Paul is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He spent 7 years working with financial planning firms, including Merrill Lynch and Robertson Stephens, serving high net worth clients, as well as conducting commodities research at Metal Bulletin (now Fastmarkets). What has always united these various skills is a passion for communication, and an ability to quickly synthesize important information to give organizations the kind of compelling voice that distinguishes them from the competition. Paul’s specialty at GembaWalk is translating technical product and solution information into compelling messaging tailored for today’s B2B buyers, helping our clients draw in their ideal customers.
